Directions

From Vancouver International Airport
- drive north onto SW Marine Drive east
- take Boundary Rd. north to 1st Avenue west
- turn onto Highway 1 west - exit at #23A to Main Street which becomes Cotton Drive
- continue west onto Low Level Road E, which becomes West Esplanade
- our facilities are on the left before the road starts bearing towards the right

From Vancouver Downtown
- take Georgia Street west to the Lions Gate Bridge
- take ramp right towards North Vancouver/Grouse Mountain
- keep left to stay on 3rd Street west
- turn right onto Forbes Avenue
- our facilities are on the right where the road starts bearing left onto West Esplanade

By Public Transportation
- take the Skytrain to Waterfront Station
- catch the Seabus to North Vancouver
- our facilties are slightly west of the Seabus terminal
